Returning a parlAmore

If for any reason your parlAmore fails to satisfy, please notify us within seven days by emailing, quoting the item number, purchase date and your bank account details.

Return the parlAmore to us and you will receive a replacement at no extra cost. Should this also fail to satisfy your expectations, you may cancel your order.

Always ask for proof of postage when returning a parlAmore. All items are returned at the customer’s risk.

Returning `My personalized parlAmore`

The right to return a personalized parlAmore applies only to the mourning button itself. You may also return the cushion if you wish to swap an onyx mourning button for a jasper version (or vice versa). Return the parts in question and they will be replaced at no extra cost. Orders may not be cancelled.

You may cancel your order subject to certain conditions within seven days of receipt by emailing, quoting your order number. You will receive confirmation of cancellation by email

If you have ordered and paid for a standard parlAmore which has not yet been presented for shipment, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within 14 days of receipt of notice of cancellation.

If you cancel your order after it has been presented for shipment or delivered the purchase price less your contribution towards the shipping costs will be refunded. However, the order must be returned in its original condition within ten days of receipt to parlAmore, Helena van Essen, Postbus 15185, NL - 1001 MD Amsterdam, the Netherlands. All items are returned at the customer’s own risk and expense.

Once the returned item has been received, the sum in question will be refunded to your account within 14 days. If the returned item is not in its original condition and packaging, it may be refused. If the item is found to have been used or damaged, only part of the purchase price will be refunded.

Orders for parlAmore personal may not be cancelled once payment has been received and the order is being processed.
