Mourning Button
Can all types of buttons be attached on it?
Almost all buttons fit on it, even those with an eyelet at the back.
Can I also wear the Mourning Button with something other than a button?
It is often possible to make a small piece of jewellery suitable to wear on it. See on the product page under: Would you like to wear something else on the Mourning Button?
What is a standard Mourning Button?
Standard means without further adjustment or processing. On delivery there is a mother of pearl button on the jasper or onyx base stone that can easily be changed. The linen-wrapped box is presented in an elegant bag.
Gift service: With standard, it is also possible to use the free gift service: sending to another address with a greeting or condolence on the card. You can specify this when ordering. It is also possible, at no extra cost, to have your ‘own’ button placed immediately with a portrait in the passe-partout.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery time = the maximum number of days within which the order is offered for shipment:
- Standard Mourning Button: within 3 working days.
If you want to use the gift service and have a button placed beforehand (see above), the 3-day period starts after receipt of the button and portrait. - With a name on the lid: within 10 working days after confirmation of the name; in case of doubt, you will be contacted first about the correct spelling of the name.
- For other adjustments, the deadline depends on the processing; this will be discussed with you beforehand.

What is a standard Cabochon-Ashes?
Because of the customisation of the ring, there is no standard Cabochon-Ashes on a ring. Only a loose, empty Cabochon-Ashes without a ring is standard. In case of additional processing or filling, it is no longer standard.
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time is 4 weeks.
Mourning Pin
Can I also wear the pin with ashes?
No, this is not possible.
What is a standard Mourning Pin?
She is only available as a standard, in two variants, with and without pearls. You can personalise it yourself by inserting a portrait or a picture.
How do I cut the portrait into the diamond shape?
Each Mourning Pin comes with a template for cutting out a photo.
