Shipping

The information on this page only applies to orders placed directly with parlAmore and except for force majeure and any periods expressly stated on the website when no shipment will be made.

Delivery time

Delivery time = the maximum number of days within which the order is offered for shipment.

• Standard Mourning Button: within 3 working days after receipt of your payment. Are you using the gift service and want to have your own button and a portrait placed in the passe-partout? Then the period of 3 days starts after receipt of the button and the portrait.
• Mourning Button, personalised: within 3 weeks after receipt of your payment, the data and/or material.
• Cabochon-Ashes: within 3 weeks after receipt of your payment, of the data and material.
• Mourning Pin: within 2 working days after receipt of your payment.

On the order page you can specify the delivery address of your order. If you use the Gift service you can have a condolence or greeting on the card. This is free of charge.

Shipping is done by PostNL. You will receive an e-mail with a track & trace number so you can follow the progress of the shipment yourself. If you want to use another parcel service, you can indicate this when ordering. The shipping costs will then be borne by the orderer/consignee. There will be no settlement with the purchase price.
